Promise Community Homes (formerly Rainbow Village) enhances the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by providing safe, affordable and well-maintained neighborhood homes. Promise Community Homes also operates the Wolff Community Center, serving more than 1000 people of all abilities every year with recreational and therapeutic spaces and services.
