Click on a button below to search for volunteer projects posted by local nonprofits, schools, faith-based, government or civic organizations. Once you have found your opportunity register and make a difference. Family and youth opportunities will require an adult to volunteer along slide of the youth.  The specific age requirements for a project can be found on that particulars volunteer opportunity detail page.

Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Volunteer Projects

Find step-by-step guides with all the information you need to complete meaningfully volunteer projects on your schedule. DIY projects are the perfect projects to do as a family and a great opportunity for youth to do lead a volunteer project on their own. You or your family will purchase the supplies, complete the project, and drop off the completed project to an agency of your choosing.

Each month, United Way of Greater St. Louis will present a DIY project that can be completed off-site by volunteers.
