At Feeding Kids by Faith Inc., we believe that every child deserves access to hot, nutritious meals and healthy snacks served with dignity, compassion, and care. As we prepare to officially open our doors on June 29, 2026, we are building a strong and dependable team of volunteers who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families within our community.
We are currently seeking dedicated Volunteer Members who understand the importance of food service, teamwork, consistency, and community support. Whether you are an experienced food service professional or someone with a heart for helping children thrive, we welcome individuals who are ready to serve with excellence and purpose.
Who We’re Looking For
We are especially interested in individuals who have experience in:
- Food preparation and kitchen operations
- Meal service and hospitality
- Restaurant, cafeteria, catering, or culinary environments
- Food safety and sanitation practices
- Customer service and teamwork
We also encourage applications from compassionate community members who:
- Care deeply about child nutrition and wellness
- Want to help provide hot balanced meals and healthy snacks
- Are dependable, positive, and service-oriented
- Thrive in collaborative and fast-paced environments
- Believe in uplifting children through care, kindness, and consistency
Volunteer Responsibilities
Volunteer Members may assist with:
- Preparing and serving hot meals (Food Handler Certification)
- Organizing and distributing healthy snacks
- Maintaining clean and sanitary food service areas
- Assisting with kitchen setup and closing duties
- Supporting daily meal operations
- Helping create a welcoming and encouraging environment for children
