Basic Accounting Opportunity
Iron Spike is looking for someone to assist with accounting duties using Quickbooks On-line. This volunteer position would be responsible for recording expenses, donations, general income, and monthly bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries for in-kind donations

Complete monthly bank reconciliation
-
Post bill payments made by auto pay
-
Scan, post, pay invoices
-
Assist auditors during audits
-
Other duties as assigned
-
No payroll responsibilities
Qualifications:

Working knowledge of non-profit accounting software such as Quickbooks

Strong wrwitten and oral communication skills
-
Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills

Age Minimum (with Adult): 18+, Minimum Age:18+
