AmeriCorps Volunteer Opportunity: Tornado Relief Effort
AmeriCorps is establishing a Volunteer Reception Center and mobilizing volunteers to support our neighbors affected by the recent tornado. All volunteers are welcome, including those with specialized skilled trades.
What to Bring:
- Work gloves
- Sunscreen
- Closed-toed shoes
- Water
Important Information:
- Groups will be divided into smaller groups and maybe working at different areas.
- All volunteers will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival.
- On-site parking is available. Directional signage will guide you to the check-in area.
If you can't come for the entire shift you are still welcome to volunteer.
