Date: Saturday, April 19 & Saturday, April 26, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM- 2:30 PM - Volunteer shifts are available
Registration:

Help with managing participant registration, including processing entries, and providing information to players.
Scorekeeping:

Oversee the recording of moves and maintain accurate game score
Awards and Prizes:
-
Organize and present awards and prizes to the winners in each category.

Ensure that the prize distribution ceremony runs smoothly.
Welcoming committee/ Greeters:
-
Greets people who enter the building and take them to the area of registration. Answers questions and points people in the right directions.
Videographers and photographers:
-
Takes photos and or videos of the event for Legacy Institute.
Children & Youth
