HEART Community Cord llc

H.E.A.R.T. Community Cord LLC is a community engagement organization dedicated to connecting residents to services that address the needs of family, community, and small businesses. To serve families we provide quality services that promote Health, Engagement, Art, Recreation, and Training. As part of this mission, Got H.E.A.R.T. After School Program provides a safe environment where youth are cultivated through fun educational experiences designed to improve academic performance, recreation that promotes sportsmanship and confidence, and mentoring that develops strong values for self, family, and community. Our program uses HEART values; Love, Respect, and Responsibility to reinforce learning from the classroom, teach social skills, and build pride in community.
