Are you a master of details and love seeing a plan come together? The St. Louis Arts Chamber of Commerce is searching for a passionate and organized Volunteer Event Coordinator to help us create unforgettable experiences that celebrate and support our revitalizing neighborhoods through the arts.

What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you'll help manage the entire event lifecycle from concept to completion. You'll ensure our events run smoothly, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for artists and attendees alike.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the planning and execution of various arts-focused events.

Coordinating with venues, artists, vendors, and sponsors.

Managing on-site logistics, including setup, registration, and breakdown.

Helping to promote events through various channels to drive attendance.

Working with other volunteers to ensure all event roles are covered.
Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail.

Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus, but a can-do attitude is most important!
Time Commitment & How to Apply

Time: Flexible, approximately 5-10 hours per month, with more hours required during the week of an event.

Location: A mix of remote planning and on-site coordination at various venues in the St. Louis area.
