Are you passionate about mental health and want to use your marketing and tech skills to make a real impact? Supporting Empty Arms is seeking a dedicated and creative Volunteer to support our Marketing, Website Management, and Social Media Outreach efforts.
About Us:
Supporting Empty Arms is a nonprofit organization devoted to providing compassionate mental health support to individuals and families navigating the pain and complexity of perinatal loss, failed IVF, disrupted adoption, and high-risk pregnancies. We are committed to walking alongside families during some of the most heartbreaking moments in their journeys to grow their families.
Volunteer Role Responsibilities:
As our Marketing & Digital Outreach Volunteer, you will:

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to raise awareness of our mission and services.

Manage and update our WordPress website with current resources, event announcements, and blog posts.

Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Support email newsletter development and distribution.

Track engagement analytics and make suggestions to improve outreach impact.

Collaborate with our team on campaigns for special events, awareness months, and fundraising initiatives.
Ideal Skills & Experience:

Passion for mental health and/or supporting grieving families.

Experience with WordPress or other website platforms.

Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).

Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms a plus.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Time Commitment:
Approximately 5–10 hours per week. Flexible schedule. This is a remote volunteer opportunity.
