Mobile Meals Delivery - St. Joseph, MO
InterServ has a need for drivers to deliver Mobile Meals. While drivers willing to serve on a regular basis are always needed, we also need volunteers who can drive on an "on-call" basis to cover vacations, illnesses, etc. It is also helpful to have volunteers willing to drive on the snowy/bad weather days, so a 4WD vehicle is especially appreciated. A typical route will take just over an hour.
Must be at least 16 years of age. Must have reliable transportation and be licensed to drive. Must have a vehicle large enough to transport two coolers. The ideal volunteer should like older people and be able to talk with them briefly when delivering their meals.
