OTC Adult Education and Literacy

The mission of Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) is to provide specialized instruction to help students build or refresh the basic academic skills necessary for success in life skills, improvement of English as a Second Language, success on the Missouri High School Equivalence exams, preparation for post-secondary training or education and success in employment. Ozarks Technical Community College, Adult Education and Literacy program, in coordination with local school districts and agencies, provides Adult Education/HSET Learning Centers throughout Greene, Polk, Dallas, Laclede, Christian, Taney, Stone, Webster and Wright counties. The learning centers provide free, accessible, high-quality education to local community residents.
