Helping Children Spread Their Wings The primary purpose of UCCC is to operate a state licensed educational child care center and to provide quality child care for the children of day students, day faculty and staff of Missouri State University and the community. The program is planned to meet the needs of the whole child -- physically, socially, creatively, emotionally, and intellectually.
