Opportunity Details
Benton Park West Tree Care Blitz
Come snack, socialize, and transform street trees. Make a lasting environmental and community impact, meet great people, and learn about tree care. All are welcome to attend!
Trees are critical to human well-being, but city street trees often need routine care to be good neighbors. We mulch, water, and sometimes prune.
Blitzes begin with introductions and snacks. Donuts, coffee, and water will be provided. Please bring a reusable water bottle to carry if you have one.
Volunteers are then equipped with tools, safety gear, and hands-on training. Neighborhood Foresters and our Blitzes operate with the support of the St. Louis Forestry Division.
We care for street trees as a group until around 12:00, but socializing often continues after.
Come have fun and make an impact with STL Neighborhood Foresters!
Age Minimum (with Adult): 18+, Minimum Age:18+
