Jefferson County COVID-19 Vaccination Registration Call Center
The Jefferson County Health Department, in partnership with the Office of Emergency Management, is providing vaccination registration assistance services to residents of Jefferson County who require it.
Volunteers will staff a call center answering calls from the public regarding the COVID-19 vaccination and fill out a registration form on their behalf. A script will be provided to assist in answering common questions and a member of the Jefferson County Health Department will be on-hand to provide additional support as needed.
COVID-19 precautions will be in place. Call takers will be stationed with appropriate social distancing observed. Masks are required inside Jefferson County facilities and will be provided. Temperatures will be checked at the beginning of your shift and anyone measuring 100 F or greater will be excused from service.
