Firefly Festival at the Butterfly House
Event Description: For families with kids of all ages. Join us for a celebration of Earth’s living lanterns, the fireflies. We will celebrate fireflies with a variety of activities that showcase their amazing talents. Come with our staff on a flashlight tour of our Tropical Conservatory. Wrap up the evening by joining our entomologists on an outdoor journey (weather permitting) to see real fireflies. Come prepared for a short walk.
Volunteers will be assisting with:

Covering the entrance and exit of our tropical butterfly conservatory

Assisting children with crafts

Admissions/registration
-
Wayfinding - helping visitors safely find the outdoor firefly walks.
Applicants under 18 must have their parent/legal guardian complete a Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Form in order to volunteer for the Fancy Tea with Mommy and Me
