LifeBridge St. Charles Summer Camp
St. Charles Camp – This camp will be a five-day camp held from July 29 to August 2.. Volunteers will be required to be at camp by 8:30 am to help with setup, greet campers as they arrive, and lead them to their team area. Volunteers will help put equipment away at the end of activities each day and should be done around 3:15 pm. Campers and camp activities will take place from 9 am-3 pm.
Volunteers help to ensure a fun and safe experience for each camper. Volunteers have the option on the volunteer application to be a camper shadow, team shadow, activity instructor assistant, or camp administrative assistant. The Camp Supervisor may ask for assistance with other duties as they come up.
Volunteers will need to bring a lunch with them each day they plan on attending (there is no access refrigeration or a microwave to warm up food. So please plan accordingly).
Every volunteer will be required to complete a volunteer application and attend orientation. If you are 18 or older, you will be required to also complete background check authorization form with honest, detailed responses (form will be sent once LifeBridge Partnership has received your volunteer application). If you are ages 16-17 you will need parent’s permission. If you are under 16 you will need to be accompanied by an 18 years old or older individual.
