SkillUP Job Readiness Program - Help STL women with employment skills

MENTOR // Mentors support and encourage their students throughout the program. Mentors work one-on-one with their student to help them set and achieve personal goals, and reinforce job-training and small group lessons. Commitment: 1 hour a week for the first month, then bi-monthly for ideally a year (3 months minimum). Times for either are flexible and can be decided between the volunteer and student.

CLASSROOM ASSISTANTS // Classroom assistants help facilitate programming and assist the Case Manager with anything that will help class run smoothly. Commitment: 1 class per week for 3 weeks, from 9AM-1PM on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
