Senior Fitness
It is so important for older adults to stay active and exercise, but unless you love to exercise we all need a little encouragement. We would love to have you or your small group come and lead our older adults in exercises that you plan. The schedule can be flexible to suit what day and time would work for you! Come once a week for an hour, or even once a month, to help our older adults stay active, live longer, and build relationships. Together we are better! We look forward to hearing from you!
