Small Group Leader
Role Mission:
Disciple, train, and empower students to become more spiritually sound men and evaluate their success.
Lead a small group of students through a video series on contextual manhood topics.
Role Responsibilities:
• Lead students in table group discussions using weekly videos & discussion questions
• Help students identify the root issues preventing them from moving forward and help them to overcome those roadblocks.
• Approach every situation with a Gospel perspective
• Encourage and empower students
Commitment:
Thursdays 5:30-7:30 for 8 weeks
