Jefferson County COVID-19 Vaccination Registration Call Center

The Jefferson County Health Department, in partnership with the Office of Emergency Management, is providing vaccination registration assistance services to residents of Jefferson County who require it. Volunteers will staff a call center answering calls from the public regarding the COVID-19 vaccination and fill out a registration form on their behalf. A script will be provided to assist in answering common questions and a member of the Jefferson County Health Department will be on-hand to provide additional support as needed. COVID-19 precautions will be in place. Call takers will be stationed with appropriate social distancing observed. Masks are required inside Jefferson County facilities and will be provided. Temperatures will be checked at the beginning of your shift and anyone measuring 100 F or greater will be excused from service.

COVID-19 Update: STLVolunteer Volunteer Opportunities

COVID-19 Update: Until further notice, we are deferring judgment for all volunteer needs and projects to our nonprofit, school and corporate partners. We’ve been in contact with all of them and will update our volunteer calendar, programs, and needs of our community as requested. We encourage you to contact the organization directly to confirm if a volunteer project is still happening or to let them know you will not be in attendance. And, we are asking any volunteers or volunteer family members that may have been exposed to COVID-19 or who are not feeling well to NOT volunteer with any organization for at least 14-days.
