United Young Leaders

Volunteer

During this unprecedented time, United Way will continue to stand with our St. Louis Region and work tirelessly to help people live their best possible lives. We are monitoring the needs of our community and leading the region’s efforts to organize volunteers and coordinate volunteer opportunities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in the most timely and safe manner possible.

Currently, to keep United Young Leaders as safe as possible will not be hosting any traditional in-person sponsored volunteer events at this time. When volunteer opportunities become available you will be notified in a United Young Leaders' email and volunteer sign-ups will be available below.

Save Lives by Donating Blood

Make a meaningful impact with fellow United Young Leaders by signing up to donate blood to the American Red Cross of Missouri. The Red Cross has to collect 15,000 blood donations every day to have enough blood to help patients in 2,700 hospitals and transfusion centers across the country. That’s a lot of patients in need and all of us, coming together, can help ensure patients receive lifesaving blood. Make an appointment to give blood at a location near you through the end of March to be a part of the United Young Leaders Blood Drive. Snap a selfie while you make a difference and tag @unitedwaystl on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter!
