Campus Beautification
This project, coordinated by the United Way of Greater St. Louis Volunteer Center, invites you to experience firsthand United Way’s collective impact in the community.
You will be volunteering at Gene Slay's Girls and Boys Club of St. Louis a United Way safety net agency that provides exciting afterschool and summer programs that give kids ages 6-16 the opportunity to grow and explore their interests. We aim to improve the lives of under-resourced and underserved youth by equipping them with the skills they need to make good choices and achieve long-term stability and success.
Volunteers will help with a campus beautification project which will include spreading mulch, weeding and debris clean up.
St. Louis (UWGSL) to use photographs and/or videos of me taken at the project in publications, news releases, online, and other communications related to the mission of UWGSL. If you wish for your photograph and/or video not to be taken please inform UWGSL staff at the start of your volunteer project.
