NABA’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program's mission is to increase the financial stability of low-to-moderate income individuals and families, senior citizens and those with disabilities by providing free income tax preparation and restricted tax counseling. The program aims to maximize important tax credits such as the Earned Income Tax Credit, the Child Tax Credit and education tax credits.
