9/11 Meal Pack Support Staff/Lead Volunteers

On Wednesday, September 11, United Way is partnering with several organizations, including member agency St. Louis Area Foodbank and the national organization 9/11 Day, to coordinate a large-scale meal packing event as part of the 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance. During this event, more than 1,000 volunteers from around our region (secured already through our partners) will create 290,000 meals for local individuals and families served by the Foodbank. We are currently recruiting 150 leadership volunteers to serve in roles to support the event, such as registration, greeting, distributing t-shirts, and others). There are two shifts to choose from, a morning and an afternoon shift, and you can select which shift best fits your schedule. The event will be held at Chaifetz Arena.
