We are in the process of creating a Community Healing & Meditation Garden Park in the Vandeventer Neighborhood.
All Admin volunteers will assist in helping:
1. update the contact list (making phone calls, entering the information into the database)
2. Create the Mailing Labels, sticking the labels on the letters and corresponding envelopes
3. Mailing out Adopt-A-Garden space letters
4. Filling in, corporate online request forms to introduce the Adopt-A-Garden space opportunity
When: Thursday, August 1st, 2019 9:30 am til 12 noon
Then on...
When: Wednesday, August 14th, 2019 9:30 am til 12noon
All Admin volunteers will make phone calls as a Follow-up to the requests we sent out!
These efforts are needed to create a sustainable Community Healing & Meditation Garden Park in the Vandeventer Neighborhood.
We appreciate all the Administrative talents we can get on these 2 administrative work days.

**For those who do not have computer skills - you can work with someone with computer skills, by making the phone calls, placing the labels on the letters and envelopes, making follow-up phone calls**
*Bring your own laptop unless you have a library card to request a computer that day
