2019 St. Louis Seize the Day 5K Run/Walk
The 2019 St. Louis Seize the Day 5K run/walk will be held on Saturday, June 22nd and we need amazing volunteers, like you, to help make the event a success.
We are looking for volunteers for a variety of positions, including:
- Packet Pick-Up on Thursday, June 20th and Friday, June 21st
- Race start assistant on June 22nd
- Race Set up on June 22nd
- Intersection monitors on June 22nd
And many, many others!
