Computer Trainer and Troubleshooter for Older People
Can you teach someone how to use a mouse? How to search the Internet? How to use Microsoft Word? How to add an app on their phone? Great!
Can you troubleshoot an error message? Set up a printer? Install software? Terrific!
If you are computer savvy and have a desire to assist older adults with varying computer skills and needs, please contact St. Louis NORC! St. Louis NORC (Naturally Occurring Retirement Community) is a non-sectarian, nonprofit program that supports the healthy aging of older adults in their own homes by providing increased access to support services and opportunities for community involvement.
Volunteering is on an as-needed basis and can be done as little once a month or as often as several times a week. Times are mutually agreed upon by volunteer and NORC member.
Work with older people in their homes. All are within 3 miles of 12 Millstone Campus Drive, 63146.
Age Minimum (with Adult): 18+, Minimum Age:18+
