Women's Business Center Graduation
We are looking for volunteers to assist with set up and also duties at the graduation.
Friday, June 8th 8:30 am - Casual dress, please arrive 10 minutes early
5 volunteers to set up and help align tables and chairs. Dress the tables with cloths, make sure space is welcoming for graduates. Assist graduates with setting up their tables if need be.
Saturday, June 9th 8:15 am -Business/business casual dress, please arrive 10 minutes early
8 volunteers to be a friendly face at the door, hand out programs, direct attendees to sign in at the registration table, be open to serve as a helping hand during the EXPO portion of the event. Some greeters will work the registration table.
7 volunteers to serve as crowd control, direct attendees to bathrooms, food areas, and proper entrances and exits. Monitor tables to ensure attendees do not touch, view, or tamper until EXPO starts.
6 volunteers to help graduates break down their displays, remove tablecloths from tables and place them back in linen bags. Gather chairs and place them on the wall for pick up. Pick up any noticeable trash and throw away.
